Note: Naru Gear / Quest Gear updated - scroll down to "Edits". After enhancing Naru gear to a certain point, it can be exchanged with Fughar for Tuvala Gear. I wish they released this when the season started lmao... RIP

So it appears, I missed the Naru gear. This came out recently and personally haven't come across it yet. Naru Gears replace some old obsolete catchup gears from the past.

Freed Magical Accessories are usable on seasonal characters, so if you have the patience - go through the questlines for them or just enhance Tuvala as seasonal.
Seasonal Characters can exchange the Naru gear for Tuvala after enhancing by speaking to Fughar.

After which you want to start working on your Tri set as shown in the video for normal characters.
