Extra RAM or SSD for Photoshop? Can an NVME drive replace RAM?
This video is in response to a question on the Photoshop build video on whether more RAM or and SSD is preferable.
This is a good question which I had thought before making that video, but which I felt deserved a more lengthy answer.

TLDW: it sort of depends, but Photoshop loves RAM.
Note the latencies mentioned are in the region of fractions of a second for all form factors.
