A compass leadership camp is a unique and transformative experience designed by Holistic Development Academy to cultivate the leadership potential of participants. It is a program that brings together a diverse group of individuals with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, providing a platform for personal and professional growth. The camp is typically held in a natural setting, providing an ideal environment for introspection and self-discovery.
At a compass leadership camp, participants are encouraged to explore their values, strengths, and weaknesses, and identify their purpose and goals.
There are 3 zones
1. Learning zone (a series of workshops, team-building exercises, and outdoor activities)
2. Survival zone (individual tasks/competitions , Team competitions , survival tasks )
3. Travel zone (to explore Gilgit-Baltistan ,visits ,Gahkuch Bala fort , Gupis fort,Yasin fort , Phander lake)
Through a series of these activates participants learn essential leadership skills such as communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making. They are also taught how to lead with empathy, integrity, and resilience, and how to inspire and motivate others to achieve shared objectives.
The program is led by experienced facilitators and the director of GB Survival Arif zia who guide participants through the leadership journey, providing mentorship, feedback, and support. Participants are also given opportunities to network and connect with other like-minded individuals, creating a supportive community that extends beyond the camp.
