Zoho Campaigns Configuring Email Opt-Out Sync To Zoho CRM
By default, if someone opts out inside Zoho Campaigns, they are also opted out inside Zoho CRM. This could cause issues with existing Leads or Contacts inside your CRM. Here is a quick workaround and a best practice when using Zoho Campaigns and CRM.
