A Discussion With: Hortense Gerardo, Medfield Anthology
"The Medfield Anthology," created by MAPC Artist-in-Residence Hortense Gerardo, is comprised of several vignettes depicting the history of the institution based on archival research and interviews with residents of Medfield. Audiences will be taken on a walking tour of the former hospital as they witness seven work-in-progress dramatic vignettes and movement works. Attendees may bring collapsible chairs to use during each vignette.
The event is free and open to the public and will occur rain or shine!
This work is in development, with a full production slated for May 2, 2020.
