FLOW CYTOMETRY in 1 minute
Hey Friends,
Flow Cytometry is a laser-based technology to analyse characteristics of single cells. Fluorescent labeled antibodies are used to stain certain protein (extracellular or intracellular). The heterogenous suspension of cells is then sorted depending on ones interest. Flow Cytometry is rather complex and this video oversimplifies the technique. Therefore, I will put some more in depth information here:
