Eggplant recipe:
Eggplants - 2 pcs.
Walnuts - 150-200 gr.
Garlic - 4 cloves
Onion - 1 pc. (small or 0.5 large)
Lemon juice - 4 tbsp.
Cilantro - 1 bunch (small)
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
Step 1
In a blender, mix walnuts, garlic, onion, lemon juice, cilantro, salt.
Step 2
Peel the eggplants, cut into thin strips and fry in vegetable oil (you can also bake in the oven), then pat dry with a paper towel.
Step 3
Put the filling along the entire tongue and roll it up.
