Blown Sugar Apple Dessert (HD)
Here is a quick video showing the process behind my signature dessert "Apple in the woods" . It is a blown sugar sphere with apple flavoring. Filled with spiced vanilla mousse, caramel apple compote, and broken pastry crumb. It sits atop chocolate cake soil!
