Commands to Delete Folder or File That Can't Delete :
cd /d C:\Users\YourUserName\Folder-or-File-Location Press Enter
Find Location : Right Click on the folder or file and then Click on properties then, go to general tab, over-there you can see the location, Just copy after your username
dir /X press Enter
rmdir /q /s YourFileShortName press enter Done !
Your File or Folder Will Delete After Run Above Commands in Command Prompt .
