NOTE: If you're looking at boss avoidance on Seventy Upgrades, they've already taken out the reduced mitigation stats from fighting a +3 lvl mob. So you only need 100% Boss Avoidance with Holy Shield after you've subtracted your boss miss chance on Seventy Upgrades. However, these are unbuffed stats, so you really only need about 99% on Seventy Upgrades to reach shear cap once you have raid buffs. You can go slightly lower than that too depending on if you want to spend some gold on scrolls of agi and what level of scroll you choose.
NOTE: There is so much defense available in this tier that you can easily drop talent points in Anticipation and pick up other talents, such as Reckoning. This tier is super customizable, so make sure you take into account potential talent swaps when you're tweaking your gear.
