RUNschnellweg Mülheim - Essen
On November 4, 2023, the RUNschnellweg, a 5 km, 10 km, and half marathon running event from Mülheim to Essen and back, starts. The race will take place on the new RS1 cycle superhighway, which, like the Ruhrschnellweg B1/A40, will soon connect the entire Ruhr region as a cycle highway. What's special about this event is the evening start time and the requirement to wear headlamps. Bunert Events GmbH from Essen had a great idea.
We took on the half marathon distance in the night. Have fun running along. :-)
