Quick! There’s no time to explain! Here’s how to become a super stealthy spy In Warframe (Simaris Standing & Weapon Exp Gain)
Step 1) Put these Mods on Loki and equip any weapons in need of leveling. It helps to have a Companion with Animal Instinct equipped but make sure you unequip the attack precept.
Step 2) Equip the Synthesis scanner in your gear and Bind it to a hotkey for easy access. The Sol-Battery and Vector-Thread Widgets are also very handy.
Step 3) Go to Pluto, Oceanum. Maintain invisibility by watching your remaining duration, hide and recast when necessary. While enroute to your objectives, stealth scan unaware enemies, and if possible bring friends to multiply your standing gain (Check description for clarification)
Step 4) Suck at hacking terminals? Solve the outside pieces first or just bring ciphers if you’re lazy. Laser Grids getting you down? Drop a Decoy behind the Laser Grid and Switch Teleport with it but beware of your decoy attracting enemies.
Step 5) Enjoy your bountiful weapon exp and Standing points, it should take a few runs to max out your daily standing for Simaris and in less than 3 days you can afford to purchase Exilus Adaptors to power up your Warframes to new heights.

HERE IS MORE EXPLANATION:
A single target can be scanned only once per player, but it also gives standing to all teammates which can multiply your efforts greatly if you bring friends who play stealthy and don’t alert enemies.
Cameras and Turrets are excellent scan targets as they don’t move and have a narrow field of view.
There is plenty of room for variation on the Loki build, but Energy Efficiency and duration are important here.
If someone on your team has a Synthesis target, that will give a huge jackpot of Symaris Rep, but it may not necessarily align with this strategy as Pluto, Oceanum is a Corpus level.
You can go to the terminal behind and to the left of Simaris at Sanctuary and change your synthesis target to suit your needs. but you can only select those who you have not finished yet.
