Overview of Case Study
This case study explores the reality of how many that don’t speak English as their first language and are victims of coercive and controlling behaviours can face additional significant difficulties in accessing NHS support services. Whilst the struggles are not as a result of NHS digitalising services, many are concerned that as the NHS moves towards digitisation of its services, they will not acquire the support they need.
