How to VLOOKUP in R using left_join | dplyr | R for Excel Users & Beginners
The hardest thing with learning anything new is just starting. The idea behind R for Excel Users is purely for that, by using common excel tasks as examples, so that barrier to learning something new, is not quite so daunting.
In this video, I’ll be covering how to VLOOKUP 2 datasets using left_join, from the dplyr package, when both tables have the same column name to lookup against and if the column name is different in the other dataset, plus remove any columns you do not need.
