SnS MasterKettle ~ Steak & Potatoes
I used the cold grate method on these cowboy cut ribeyes (that’s what Sam’s Club calls them) I made a bacon weave to cover the foil pan of fiesta ranch fries. Once the bacon started crisping up around the edges, I cut it up and added to the potatoes. I used 1 pack of fiesta ranch seasoning, pepper and smoked Gouda. Next time I will cook the potatoes for a few minutes before adding seasoning. They produce some liquid and I ended up pouring some of it out and some of my seasoning and bacon fat went with it. I had to add more seasoning. I’m using the SnS MasterKettle, with the SnS elevated rack.
