To those that guessed Undyne was the "fish + anime + spear = ???" theme hint, boy you were right! But the one that guess it first is Ukrainian girl 101 , congrats buddy!!!
Undyne is one of most badass character in the Undertale universe. She can beat up punks but she also have a great heart, however, her feelings belongs to a certain yellow dinosaur.
