It’s not silicone—it’s more like a Lego-style plastic base plate (scaled for Nanoblocks) and even includes a display case.

This should be the same as the one I currently use. I tested mine with Petit Blocks from Daiso, and since they fit perfectly, the sizing matches Japanese Nanoblocks.
