For SMALL SIZE, which is what I made:
One and a half meters of 150 cm wide fabric.
If the dress is longer and larger, buy two meters.
Measurements I used:
Neck circumference: 35 cm
Bust circumference: 86 cm
Waist circumference: 66 cm
Back length: 40 cm
Waist length: 43 cm
Dart length: 27 cm
Skirt length: 47 cm
Bust inset: 16 cm
Shoulder width: 38 cm
