EV Companies... STOP Hiring Ex-Tesla Engineers
Now, this isn't true in every case... but the likelihood that you are hiring an A-Player is pretty low when selecting from a pool of Ex-Tesla or Ex-SpaceX Engineers. This isn't like hiring Ex-Google Engineers because Tesla and SpaceX and all of Elon's companies hire engineers based on the mission. And Elon doesn't hire A-Players that leave.
