The System 200e is a mid-range automatic booklet making system which offers a flexible solution for digitally printed and litho printed stocks, or the combination of both. The system is fed by our ACF510 feeder, which can feed pre-collated sets from a digital engine and can also feed un-collated sections from a litho press. A common use for this machine is to merge black and white pre-collated insides with color covers produced on another engine into one finished booklet.
The System 200e is supplied with a patented two step fold roller system to give a sharp fold without marking and eliminates the risk of tearing. An optional Squarefold unit can be added to produce square edge booklet spines, giving a look of a perfect bound book. The user friendly operator interface activates and adjusts the additional FTR200e and the SQF200e if fitted.
