When does product design start and end and when does development start and end? Agile product management is all about iteration, testing, and empowering each step of the process to have control over the pipeline. Insights and ideas can come from any person on the product team, but it's up to the design and UX team to make them real, test them with users, and iterate before and after development. This makes it so development is working on things that have been verified as an improvement.
