Officials regarding our domestically produced and nationally recognized vehicle, TOGG, were invited to the factory and conducted a comprehensive evaluation at the Gemlik campus in Bursa. Tolga stated that they monitor all feedback, both positive and negative, from users. He stated that TGG owners will receive a 10 to 20% discount at Trugo charging stations. Active control and lane tracking features will be activated with service updates in two weeks. He also stated that the electronic system error, one of the most frequently received and complained about issues, will be resolved by replacing the hardware component when contacting the service center. He added that constructive criticisms were taken into account in favor of users, and I left Gemlik with satisfactory responses.
