Alone in the Taiga. Got on the ice in April.
Spring came early this year, so I decided to hurry and head to Karelia. I caught the last ice in April, fished a bit, got some fresh air, and admired the northern nature in spring. Alone in the taiga again, another valuable experience to add to my collection. The trip was moderately difficult this time. I caught the Northern Lights. My new first aid kit came in handy. My first experience catching pike with tip-ups using store-bought capelin instead of live bait.
