1. Create a new layer.
2. Select the brush tool (select hard round brush for a good result) and brush all over the fence.
3. Make sure you zoom a bit and make your brush a little larger than that fence.
4. And to paint the fence, you can paint the one end; hold the Shift key and Paint on another end.
5. Select the background layer and turn off your newly created layer.
6. Now, hold the CTRL-key and click on the thumbnail of the newly created layer.
7. Finally, go to edit and select Content-Aware Fill option.
