In this video, I'll take you through the process of designing and modeling various fence styles in Autodesk Maya to perfectly fit the buildings I've already designed and implemented. I'll walk you through my workflow, showing how I create the fences from scratch, ensuring they align with the architecture and overall aesthetic of the environment. These fences are modeled with a focus on both functionality and visual appeal, all while keeping in mind their integration with the surrounding buildings.
Using Maya’s powerful modeling tools, I’ll demonstrate how I shape and refine each fence design, paying close attention to proportions and how they will interact with the terrain and nearby structures. As I build them, I'll leave them untextured for now, giving you a block-out view of how they will look in the final environment. This helps to visualize the scale and placement before I dive into the final texturing and detailing. Watch as I bring these elements to life, and get a glimpse into my creative process for worldbuilding!
Keeping in mind, so far all assets which are implemented into Unreal Engine so far have remained Untextured, until i basic texture them all in the near future also.
