1) open steam app, go to jc4 page, settings, updates, uncheck the "steam cloud syncronization" option. Savegames should work also for cracked game because they're the same
2) open once the game and close, so it transfers your saves from cloud to hard disk
3) Documents\Square Enix\ copy here the "just cause 4" folder you find in my zip
TIP: you can avoid copying some files such as settings files so you keep yours

You just have to create a link to desktop of just cause exe and add into destination box this: " %jc4mods%" with the space at the beginning, then start the game from the link into desktop.
Unzip into just cause folder (Steam\steamapps\common\Just Cause 4 if you use steam)
