How to Beat the Hand of the King | Boss Guide | Dead Cells
Welcome Grid Runner to the Hand of the King boss guide in Dead Cells what is located in the throne room the last level in the game. First I am going to talk about the build that you can use to beat him then I am going to showcase his moveset so you can become familiar with his attacks and then I will show you the Fight whit the build I am showing in the video, his will only drop his weapon the symmetrical Lance and the boss cell if not yet beaten on your current difficulty. ▸ Location: Throne Room (Last Level in the Game)
▸ Build I Used:
Assassin’s dagger (Blueprint in the promenade of the condemned in the secret area above in the start of the level)
Firebrands (Starting weapon)
Fire Grenade (Easy to get at the beginning of the Game)
Ice Grenade (Easy to get at the beginning of the Game)
Maxing out brutality with this build will let you have good DPS for the boss and the Grenade technician mutation gives you reduced for your grenades is also handy.
▸ Moveset:
▸ The Boss (100% hp Stage 1, 85% hp Stage 2, 40% hp Stage 3)
▸ Attacks
Lance Hit combo (on stage 1 will only swipe you once then on stage 2 he will do his full 3 hit combo)
Charge (Pushing you into the spikes set on each side of the arena on stage 3 he will do 2 in a row)
Rock pound (will smash his fist into the ground to do a rock shockwave mostly before only swiping you once with the lance)
Bomb Flurry (Will throw bombs around himself no stage 2 he will throw the bombs more your way)
Charged Rock Pound (charged to smash his fist into the ground to cover the entire ground of the arena with a rock shock wave go on the small platforms to avoid it)
Rally (Drops 3 flags from the top what will explode in 6 seconds if not destroyed before the timer)
Summon mobs (On entering his next stages he will because invulnerable and will summon enemies the first time with 1 elite the second time with 2 elites)
▸ Defenses
has a shield that reduces the effect of the projectiles from the front
has resisted to controlling effect (freeze, Frost Slow, Stuns)
