How to Add a Signature to a Reply Email on Gmail/Google Workspace (formerly GSuite)
Not sure where your reply signature lands on Gmail/Google Workspace (formerly GSuite)?
Tired of seeing a bunch of signatures stack up at the bottom of every email chain?
In this tutorial, I'll show you how to add a signature to a reply email on Gmail/Google Workspace, and how to get rid of the clutter of signatures at the bottom of those email chains. ;)
UPDATE: After publishing this tutorial I found a much easier solution for adding your signature automatically to reply emails.
1. Settings
2. Set "On Reply/Forward Use" signature
3. Check the "Insert Signature before quoted text in replies and remove the '--' line the precedes it.
