This is me playing through the entirety of Half-Life Alyx in VR the way that I would want to see it. I’ve seen some other playthroughs and gameplay but they are long, too much getting sidetracked and the teleportation and snap turning kills it.
I did the best I could to make this viewing experience as nice as possible. 60fps, no teleportation(unless on accident or going over objects), no commentary, physically turning my body. I cut out all of the loading scenes and made it deathless(I did die too some stupid things just seamlessly edited them out). There is a minor amount of exploration but mainly stay on task to keep things moving along. I tried to focus a lot of what they wanted you too see.
The video may feel like it is off center, there is nothing I could do about that it’s just how their mirroring works for this game. This was played on the Valve Index with knuckles but that shouldn't really be noticeable besides a few parts.
