Nova Itapemirim, a trade name incorporated by Suzantur (Suzano Transportes), is having difficulties starting its operations using the reference of lines, structures and name of the Old Itapemirim.
The Old Viação Itapemirim was declared bankrupt in September 2022. After this episode, the court authorized the lease of lines and structures to Suzantur, to raise funds that would be passed on to the creditors of the old company. But Suzantur has not yet managed to put a single bus on the streets to operate due to the various impediments of ANTT. Which side is wrong? ANTT or Suzantur?
