Seidler Beach in Old Bridge NJ
This is not a beach for a typical summer day as it is not too far from the Superfund sites in the area. That said, if you want a non crowded beach to sit and watch the sun set, watch some birds and listen to the surf? Probably the closest beach for residents of Central Jersey. The sand is more pebbly and there is lots of scrub brush. Could use some TLC... so, do your part, bring a bag and clean up anything you see, it isn't that bad but if we all pitch in a little we can make a difference I think.
I would not swim or fish here ever but if I want to only drive 15 min from Edison and listen to the ocean? Not bad at all...
