This is an adaptation of a photoshop tutorial by Digital Camera magazine showing 4 ways to be creative with Blur Filters. Looking at Gaussian Blur x2, Radial Blur and the Tilt Shift effect.
I have also added on to the end a much shorter re-make of my 2017 tutorial looking at Motion Blur. So really you end up with 5 creative ways to use blur effects.
