north spawn i would skip the first lobster, elite enemies at cathedral and ramp boss, i would do the catherdral boss in the water and the lobster closest to the castle, keep everything else the same, maybe skip a couple world bosses to hit the end goals faster
south spawn i would skip the basement boss of the ruins and keep everything else the same, this route should be good at all times
