Description: Need to copy a page in Notion? There are two quick ways to do it — and this video shows you both in under two minutes.
➡️ Method one: find the page in your left sidebar, right-click on it, and select Duplicate. An exact copy appears instantly just below the original.
➡️ Method two: open the page itself, click the three-dot menu in the top right corner, and select Duplicate from there.
Either way, the copied page will have the word "Copy" added to its title so you can easily tell them apart. Just click the title to rename it whatever you need.
➡️ This is also a great way to build reusable page templates in Notion. Create your layout once, duplicate it whenever you need a fresh copy, and skip the setup every time.
Whether you're managing projects, taking notes, or building a personal dashboard, knowing how to duplicate pages saves you serious time in Notion.
