This tutorial and model example illustrates how fast and easy it is to set up and solve computational fluid dynamics (CFD) flow problems with the FEATool Multiphysics simulation toolbox https://www.featool.com

Although not featured in this tutorial, in addition to the built-in stationary, non-linear, and transient flow and multiphysics solvers, FEATool also features built-in and easy one-click GUI interfaces for the OpenFOAM, SU2, and FEniCS solvers.

The example examines stationary and laminar flow around a cylindrical obstacle in a channel with a Reynolds number of 20. The computed pressure drop, and drag and lift coefficients are compared with established benchmark references to assert the accuracy of the simulation [1,2].

More details, multiphysics simulation toolbox, presented simulation model example, are all free to download from the FEATool homepage and in the tutorial section of the FEATool Multiphysics User's Guide https://www.featool.com/doc/tutorials...
