Universal Audio UA FX Compact Effects Pedals with Jake Amy
Universal Audio have just launched the UA FX Compact range of pedals! We asked Melbourne-based keys player Jake Amy to take us through their favourite sounds from the line-up. The effects include the Heavenly Plate Reverb – at take on the EMT 140 plate reverb unit. The Evermore Studio Reverb - giving us Lexicon 224 emulated reverbs, the Orion Tape Echo – a recreation of the Echoplex EP-3 Delay & the 1176 Studio Compressor – a compressor using the exact algorithm created by the same inventor of the original unit. Nice one Jake!
