Google Maps is the best public source for local business owners on earth - phone, website, address, and category on basically every listing, with close to 100% coverage of the local businesses you won't find on Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn. The catch nobody mentions: Google only shows an email on 15-20% of listings, and when it does it's usually a role-based address like contact@ or sales@, not the actual owner. That email gap is the whole game.
Three ways to scrape Google Maps leads. Method 1 is LeadSwift, a paid third-party scraper - put in a city and a keyword, export the data, done (the easy way out). Method 2 is Apify's compass Google Maps actor at around $2 per 1,000 places, which you can run straight from Claude Code using the Apify MCP server. Method 3 is the free open-source Google Maps scraper I use to populate Consulti 24/7: gosom's scraper hosted on a cheap Hetzner server with Evomi residential proxies and your own Postgres or Supabase database, all set up by telling Claude Code what to do.
