This clear Chinese-style soup is rich in filling. Besides chicken, it also includes various vegetables. The clear, savory and refreshing broth will definitely whet your appetite, friends. Here are the ingredients you'll need:
1 piece of chicken thigh
Sufficient chicken feet
Sufficient wet wood ear mushrooms
Sufficient tuberose
Sufficient 1 potato
1 carrot
1 large spring onion
2 stalks of celery
6 chicken meatballs
1 liter of water
Spices:
1/2 onion
2 cloves of garlic
Sufficient nutmeg
1 tomato
1 tablespoon dried shrimp powder
1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder
Salt to taste
Sufficient granulated sugar
Additional ingredients:
Sufficient glass noodles
Sufficient fried onions
