Emoji Leaders Mod || HOI4 (New Mod)
Hello! I've been working on a mod for HOI4. It's called "Emoji Leaders". What it's about should be pretty obvious; I've replaced some of the leader portraits with new emoji leaders. There's more to the mod as well! There are custom loading screens and an additional national focus for custom focus trees.
