uncompleted gerstner wave ocean using shader graph

After several days, I succeeded in creating this imperfect body of water. Although it is not perfect, I somehow applied the "cat-like coding" tutorial using the shader graph. The most annoying problem that needs to be fixed is the gaps between planes if somebody has any idea I would appreciate his help.
