Zed’s dialogue comparison
When playing the remaster I noticed some of his dialogue sounded completely off compared to the original game. Just for fun I made this video showing what I mean by. He sounded weird with some of his dialogue in the remaster. This is a negative selling point against the remaster. Honestly, in my opinion, this is something that can be forgiving since you’re gonna have some issues when it comes to remastering the game after so long. The complete original file for the game could’ve been lost and they had to work off of older bill, which was the case for the Silent Hill HD collection. Some of the files could’ve gotten messed up or they didn’t have all of the final recordings for Zed and they had to use what they had available. Of course this is not perfect but I’m glad it exists so new people can experience this game without spending $160 for a PS3/360 copy.
