User Research methods are conducted in the initial design phase. After conducting User Interview and Survey (Qualitative and Quantitative Data). We Create Personas and Scenarios for the Segmented users.
Persona and Scenario helps about user goals and pain points, which leads the design team to incorporate the tailor made solutions, which user is looking for.
