Fast flowing waterAKA “triple wet"
Amphetamine sulphate
A windrush leaf
Industrial lubricant
Pulped merciman’s fruit
Stir well the mixture well and then pour one spoonful of the potion in to each of your favourite running shoes, then places the shoes in the freezer and wait 24 hours.
Once your shoes are ready, slip them on and enjoy your new super speed.
