You can determine how much time it takes to get through a batch of assembler operations by knowing the cycles per instruction and the clock frequency. Typically it takes 1 clock cycle to get through one operation. However, branch operations can take one or two.

These particular slides correspond to Chapter 3 of the textbook, "The AVR Microcontroller and Embedded Systems Using Assembly and C: Using Arduino Uno and Atmel Studio."
