One of the units of the Special Operations Forces underwent tactical and special training (TSN) before combat use.
TSN is one of the key forms of SSO training. This is a comprehensive training that takes place before the combat use of the unit, where its training, coordination and readiness to perform assigned tasks are assessed.
This time, the training tactical situation was transferred from the real area of combat operations in one of the directions. During the exercises, the entire range of activities was practiced, including: infiltration and exfiltration of special forces groups, evacuation of the wounded, use of drones of various types, rapid deployment of UAV positions, installation of mine and explosive barriers, conducting direct actions, practicing sudden contact with the enemy, and others. The situation changed according to the degree of success in completing combat missions and counteraction by the enemy.
For training purposes, counteraction was carried out by cadets of one of the Higher Military Educational Institutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The cadets gained experience in countering drones, overcoming minefields, and direct contact with the enemy.
After successfully completing the TSN, the Special Operations Forces unit will go on combat missions

One of the Ukrainian SOF has completed tactical-special exercise (TSE) prior to combat deployment.
TSE is one of the key forms of training for the SOF. It is a comprehensive exercise conducted before a unit’s combat deployment, during which its level of training, coordination, and readiness to perform assigned missions is assessed.
This time, the training tactical environment was modeled on a real combat area from one of the operational directions. During the exercises, the full range of activities was practiced, including infiltration and exfiltration of SOF groups, casualty evacuation, employment of various types of drones, rapid deployment of UAS positions, emplacement of mine-explosive obstacles, execution of direct actions, response to sudden contact with the enemy, and more. The situation changed dynamically depending on the success of mission execution and enemy counteraction.
For training purposes, the opposing force was represented by cadets from one of the higher military educational institutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The cadets gained experience in countering drones, overcoming mine-explosive obstacles, and engaging in direct contact with the enemy.
After successfully completing the TSE, the SOF unit will deploy to carry out combat missions.
