Today, I wanted to take a look at a plugin that may offer a fix to go from bad to great sounding vocals quickly, VocalStrip 2 by SSL.
In this video, you'll hear one of my songs performed live in two different ways. The first way is with two mics, a small condenser directed at the acoustic guitar with the ML1 on the lead vocal and the second way was recorded with a cheaper mic and using the Piezo sound of the acoustic guitar.
You'll see me try to improve the sound of both examples and hopefully, it did the trick?!
