Databases with Microsoft Access 5 –Importing External Data from Excel
Video shows three way to import data from Excel into Access
1. Append existing table in Access with data from Excel
2. Create new table in Access with Excel data
3. Create a linked table in Access live-connected to Excel spreadsheet.
Note that data in a linked table cannot be modified in Access, only in the Excel source table.
