SSH to AWS Linux EC2 instance using Password | Say no to key pairs | easy tutorial | AWS | 2022
Hello Dreamer,
In today's Tutorial, I will enable password-base authentication on my ec2 instance;
1. Enter into the ec2 terminal, Go the the ssh path and edit the ssdd_config file
2. Add # to the passwordauthentication NO and remove # from the passwordauthentication YES, Save and Exit
3. Now, do restart the sshd.service and set the password for the ec2 Users.
4. Reboot or Restart the machine, Log-in to ec2 using Password you just set;
