🍫✨ Homemade Chocolate Energy Bars Ingredients:
12 Medjool dates
23 almonds
18 cashews
40 pistachios
100g dark chocolate (70–85%)
½ cup peanut butter (128g)
Instructions :
Cut dates in middle and deseeded
Place it on a parchment paper lined tin
Press with glass
Add peanut butter 🥜
Add in toasted and chopped Nuts
Melt chocolate:Microwave 30 seconds or melt chocolate using double boiler
Pour over Nuts
Refrigerate 30 minutes or untill set
Cut and enjoy
