(+) On kill with secondary/melee: +3 bullets to clip (Max: 15)
(+) On dealing damage: Damage increases (Max: 15%)
(-) 25% Slower firing speed
(-) Starting 50% smaller clip size
Damage bonus decays after 5 seconds of dealing none
